This newly discovered variety will add a vibrant color to any spring mix. Young stems have a beautiful magenta-red color that extends into the leaf veins and fades into the medium green leaves. Similar to the Bull's Blood variety Red Devil has a darker maroon color. Young leaves can be cut after 30 days. This Beet is grown for leaf consumption. A delicious sweet lead that can be added to salads or sandwiches.
