Microgreens & Sprouts

Growing Microgreen seeds or Sprout seeds is a great gardening project for beginners and can be grown close to a window or under a fluent light. It is highly rewarding to watch them grow and extremely beneficial to your health, with up to 40x more nutrients. They are a great way to continue growing nutrient dense food without having to leave the warmth of your home during winter. They can be consumed raw, adding them to salads, sandwiches, stir-fry or a pretty garnish.

What's the difference between Microgreens and Sprouts?
Microgreens grow from soil and are trimmed at the base of the stems. The stems and leaves are edible. Microgreens take 1-3 weeks before harvest.

Sprouts grow in water. A simple jar can be used and can be ready to consume after a week. The root, stem and leaves can be consumed.
